Fertilising Products

The experts of Polgar ACRO have successfully registered numerous fertilising products in accordance with the Hungarian national regulatory framework. In addition, we have extensive experience in the preparation of technical documentation and conformity assessment under the EU Fertilising Products Regulation (FPR).

We maintain close cooperation with FPR-designated notified bodies, and based on the documentation prepared by us, the relevant products have successfully obtained the required certificates.

We provide professional support in the following areas:

• Strategic consulting: analysis of whether FPR certification or national registration followed by mutual recognition in the target countries represents the most suitable route for placing your fertilising product or portfolio on the EU market.
• Placing fertilising products on the EU market under the FPR: identification of data gaps for conformity assessment, coordination of required studies where necessary, preparation of technical documentation and conformity assessment, and full support throughout the certification process.
• Product registration in accordance with Hungarian legislation.

Polgar ACRO provides support in transitional national biocidal authorisation procedures in Hungary, as well as in the preparation of Safety Data Sheets and labels.
